I've just published a live signal for the Tefkir EA.
This is a milestone I've been working toward for a long time. I started building Tefkir almost two years ago, and since then most of my time has gone into the full system: the Tefkir Agent, the EA, and the webapp - including the user dashboard and the agent dashboard - plus the infrastructure that connects them. Every part of it went through a lot of work and iteration to get where it is today.
The agent owns the research and decision-making. The EA owns execution, position management, and the day-to-day controls a trader actually uses on MT5. The webapp is where you monitor and manage linked EAs from the user dashboard, and where you can inspect the full reasoning behind setups on the agent dashboard. They're built as one product: different roles, same standard.
What the signal is
The signal is a live performance track of the Tefkir Expert Advisor running on MT5. If you want to see how Tefkir behaves in real market conditions, that's what this account is for.
What Tefkir is
Tefkir is news-driven. It trades catalysts: real-world events that can move publicly traded companies, with a focus on US equities.
If you're new to it, the simplest way to think about Tefkir is as a small trading office running end to end in software. Several specialized stages work together inside the agent; none of them is "the strategy" on its own.
- Catalyst surveillance - continuously monitors news and related sources to surface events that may matter for markets.
- Thesis formation - maps those catalysts onto companies that may be exposed, and forms clear hypotheses about impact (who is affected, and in which direction).
- Evidence review - digs into those hypotheses with an adversarial bias: look for what would disprove them, and only keep what holds up when the supporting information is strong enough.
- Entry timing - watches the targeted stocks for timing: when price structure and conditions make an entry worth considering.
- Options positioning read - uses options data to see how the market is priced around the name right now: implied expectations, positioning, and the range of moves participants seem to be pricing in.
- Setup construction - when the pieces line up, defines a concrete trade setup (entry framework, risk, and management path).
Once a setup is defined, it can be sent to every linked Tefkir EA. The EA then places the trade and manages it under the user's rules, from entry through the life of the position.
Built to run with as little friction as possible
Tefkir was designed as autonomous trading software with a light setup path. Attach the EA, connect it, and it can run without you babysitting every decision.
That said, control and visibility were never an afterthought. If you want to watch or intervene, you can do a lot of it without leaving the terminal, and go deeper on the webapp when you want the full picture.
From the EA panel (on MT5)
Users can manage open positions and account-level controls, define rules to customize which setups they receive, and turn on different features for position management or account management. When a setup arrives, they can also explore its reasoning directly from the panel. What's shown there is a focused view: enough context to understand the idea, not the entire research trail.
From the webapp
Users link their EA instances to their Twin Peaks Algo profile and manage everything from one dashboard: all linked EAs, activity, preferences, and deeper controls. If they want the full story behind a setup, they can open the complete agent reasoning trail on the webapp and walk through the catalyst, thesis, evidence, and how the trade was built.
So the idea is simple: the agent does the research and builds the setups; the EA executes them and gives you solid tools to monitor and manage; the webapp is there when you want full transparency across everything.
