Five-engine gold EA for MT5. Each engine waits for its own proven setup, cuts losers fast and holds winners for the day's move. Every trade has a stop loss. No grid, no martingale, no averaging. You determine your risk and the EA executes accordingly. The EA has been tested on real ticks a simulation of the live account in strategy tester.
TRIDENS DEI — Five Engines, one gold account
Most gold robots chase every candle. TRIDENS DEI does the opposite. It runs five independent engines, and each one only trades when its own setup appears. When one engine is quiet, another is usually working. Their losing months rarely overlap, so the account moves forward as a team.
The idea is simple: small losses, big wins.
Losing trades are closed quickly at their stop loss (median 3.7 hours in the tester). Winning trades are held for the day's move (median 16 hours). In the MT5 Strategy Tester an average winning trade was 2.7 times the size of an average losing trade, so one winner repays several losers.
THE FIVE ENGINES
A — Momentum carry (Mon–Wed)
At 13:00 server time, if gold has already moved strongly from the daily open in the direction of the H4 trend, the engine joins that move. Fixed stop, target 3R.
B — Trend pullback (Mon–Wed)
Waits for a pullback to the fast EMA inside an H1 trend that agrees with the H4 and D1 trend, then enters on the rejection candle. Break-even at 1R, trailing stop after 2R.
C — Dextera Sweep (Mon–Fri)
Finds M15 swing highs and lows that get swept by a wick and closed back inside. The sweep is scored (wick size, reclaim, close position, volume, H4 bias) and the trade is taken only after a break of structure confirms it. Stop beyond the sweep wick, target 3R.
D — Nebula Star (Mon–Fri)
An M15 moving-average cloud with a volume filter, traded in the H4 trend direction with a wide protective stop. It holds the trend for days and reverses on the opposite signal.
E — Asian range breakout (Mon–Fri)
Marks the 01:00–02:00 server range. The first M5 close outside the range in the H4 trend direction is traded, with the stop at the middle of the range. Closes at the daily rollover. Runs at half the normal risk.
RISK MANAGEMENT
• Every trade has a stop loss. No grid, no martingale, no averaging down. One position per engine.
• Risk per trade: % of balance (default 1%), fixed money, or fixed lots. Max lot cap.
• Trend filters on H4 and D1, plus a stretch limit that skips late entries into exhausted moves.
• Spy mode: after 2 losses in a row, engines A and B switch to paper trading and only return to real trading after a paper win.
• Engines A, B and E close before the daily rollover. C and D are designed to hold overnight.
• Spread filter, stop-level and freeze-level checks, free-margin check on every order.
RECOMMENDED SETUP
• Symbol: XAUUSD (gold). Attach to one chart (M15 recommended). Do not attach to other symbols.
• Account: hedging account recommended. On netting accounts the EA trades one position at a time.
• Broker: low and stable spread on gold. Server time GMT+0 matches the default settings; for other server times set "Hours to subtract from server time".
• Deposit: from $1,000. With $2,000 or more the 1% risk sizing is precise; on smaller accounts the 0.01 minimum lot can mean more than 1% risk on wide-stop trades.
• Run on a VPS so the EA sees every bar.
• Leave the defaults as they are for your first month. They are the tested settings.
ON-CHART DASHBOARD
• Status of every engine, today's trading days, H4 and D1 trend, spy mode.
• Monthly profit/loss calendar for the current year.
• BANK button: closes your chosen % of every running trade (default 50%) and moves the rest to break-even or locks part of the profit.
• CLOSE ALL button with a confirmation click, for when you want everything flat.
