🧠 Artificial Intelligence Engine
The EA integrates three layers of advanced algorithmic analysis that work together:
BiLSTM (Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory) — Simulates a bidirectional recurrent neural network that analyzes 30 candles back with 16 hidden units, using 6 price/volume features. It only generates a signal when the confidence level exceeds 60%.
Adaptive Logistic Regression — A machine learning model that updates in real time every 5 candles, learning from recent market movements. Activation threshold: 55% probability. It continuously adapts to the behavior of Gold.
Chart Patterns — Automatically detects classic patterns such as Head and Shoulders, Double Top/Bottom, with configurable tolerance and lookback (50 candles by default).
📊 Technical and Price Analysis
Support & Resistance (S&R): Detects key levels in the last 100 candles, requiring a minimum of 2 touches to validate a level. Includes breakout zones with 5-pip confirmation. Draws visual lines on the chart in real time.
Predictive VWAP: Calculates the session VWAP and projects 5 candles forward using linear regression. Essential for Gold, where VWAP is an institutional benchmark.
Volume Profile ML: Analyzes 100 candles and divides them into 20 price bins, identifying the Point of Control (POC), High Liquidity (HVN) zones, and Low Liquidity (LVN) zones. Drawn directly on the chart.
Price Action Patterns:
Harami — Indecision candle within the previous candle
Tweezer — Double high/low (tolerance: 3 pips)
Marubozu — Pure momentum candle (minimum 90% body)
⚡ Turbo Mode
With TurboMode = true (active by default), the EA can review up to the last 5 candles for missed signals, with a 1.5x volume multiplier. Ideal for Gold on the M5 timeframe where rapid movements are frequent.

Risk Mode: 3 options available:
0 — Fixed Lot (0.20 by default)
1 — Fixed Percentage of Balance (active: 1% per trade)
2 — Dynamic Equity

The EA includes a dark dashboard with a gold palette that displays in real time: active signals for each engine, S&R levels, VWAP with projection, Volume Profile with marked POC, daily statistics (trades, win rate, P&L), and overall system status.

IC Markets offers very low spreads on Gold (raw spread), which is compatible with the configured 50-pip limit. With $1,000 USD and a 1% risk, each trade risks ~$10, which is conservative and suitable for Gold's volatile behavior on the M5 timeframe.
