Expert Description: Gann Square of 9 + One-Trade Recovery EA
This Expert Advisor combines the mathematical precision of **W.D. Gann's Square of 9** with an intelligent **"One Trade Recover" protocol**. Designed specifically for the volatility of **XAUUSD (Gold)** (optimized for **M1 scalping**) and also effective across all timeframes, this EA uses geometry, not gambling, to recover losing positions.
Unlike traditional martingale systems that risk account blowouts, this EA uses a **smart hedge algorithm** to recover a losing trade with a single, mathematically calculated counter-trade.
Key Features & Algorithm
- **Gann Square of 9 Engine:** Identifies dynamic support/resistance by squaring price with time. Uses ATR to adjust levels to current volatility.
- **One-Trade Recovery (Non-Martingale):** If the first trade fails, the EA opens a single hedge. The lot size is calculated specifically so that closing both trades simultaneously yields a net profit. No risky lot doubling.
- **Multi-Filter Confirmation:** Entries are validated using **RSI Divergence** and **Candlestick Patterns** (Pin Bar & Engulfing detection) to ensure you aren't trading against momentum or in overbought/oversold conditions.
- **News Filter:** Integrated economic calendar filter to avoid trading during high-impact volatility spikes.
The Interactive Dashboard
The EA features a sleek, informative dashboard displayed directly on your chart, giving you total control and transparency:
**Live Statistics:**
- **Trade Counter:** Live count of Buy and Sell trades currently open.
- **P&L Tracker:** Real-time display of Daily Profit/Loss and Weekly Profit/Loss.
- **Drawdown Monitor:** Maximum drawdown for the current day and current week.
- **Recovery Status:** Indicator showing if the "One Trade Recover" mode is currently active.
**Smart Filters (Visual Status):**
- **News Filter:** Shows "ON"/"OFF" status based on economic calendar.
- **RSI Filter:** Alerts you if the market is in overbought/oversold territory, preventing reckless entries.
- **Candle Pattern Filter:** Indicates if a Pinbar or Engulfing pattern has been detected.
**Manual Control Buttons:**
Take full control of your positions with one-click buttons embedded in the dashboard:
- **[Close Buys]** : Instantly closes all long positions.
- **[Close Sells]** : Instantly closes all short positions.
- **[Close All]** : Flattens the entire book.
- **[Pause EA]** : Instantly stops the EA from opening new trades without detaching it from the chart.
