The name "Gym Bro" refers to the indicator's unique visual metaphor, which categorizes market trends into "Bulking" (Upward Momentum) or "Cutting" (Downward Momentum) phases. This thematic approach simplifies complex price action into clearly defined zones for traders who prefer an alternative to traditional line charts.
Underlying Strategy
The core logic is based on mathematical Pivot Points (High + Low + Close / 3). The indicator automatically calculates:

Visual Key & Terminology
