The name "Gym Bro" refers to the indicator's unique visual metaphor, which categorizes market trends into "Bulking" (Upward Momentum) or "Cutting" (Downward Momentum) phases. Underlying Strategy
The core logic is based on mathematical Pivot Points (High + Low + Close / 3). The indicator automatically calculates:
