News moves the market faster than you can read it. By the time you open a news site, make sense of it and switch back to your chart, price has already moved. VerdictWire closes that gap: it watches the news wires for you and shows, right on your MetaTrader 5 chart, what they mean for each symbol — in plain language and as one verdict: LONG, SHORT or WAIT.
It is an information panel for traders who trade the news — forex and crypto first of all, plus gold, indices and commodities in the feed. It does not trade for you. It reads the flow of news, weighs it and turns it into a clear picture, so you decide faster and with context instead of blind.
WHERE THE NEWS COMES FROM
VerdictWire pulls news from several types of source at once: fast market-news wires (what professionals read in the first seconds), major crypto and forex outlets, topic communities and the economic calendar (actual / forecast / previous for releases from the US, EU, UK, Japan and other countries). The same story from different sources is merged into one entry, and the panel shows how many independent sources confirmed it — so you can tell a real event from a single rumour. The feed updates through the trading day.
HOW THE VERDICT IS BUILT
The most important part of VerdictWire is how the verdict is reached. First, an AI reads every headline and rates its strength: spam, low, medium or high impact. Then, for each symbol, an AI council of three independent analysts is formed, and they do not see each other's view:
- the first builds the case for an upside move (LONG);
- the second builds the case for a downside move (SHORT);
- the third looks for what both missed and leans to WAIT when the data is thin.
A judge then sees both the news and all three positions, and issues the result: LONG, SHORT or WAIT, with a confidence level from 0 to 100 and a short reason why. It is not a single black box, but an argument between sides, like a live trade review. The verdict horizon is about 24 hours: it is a read on the direction of the day, not a one-minute scalping signal.
WHAT YOU SEE ON THE PANEL
Verdict table. For each symbol: LONG, SHORT or WAIT, the confidence level and a short one-line thesis.
News feed. Headline, impact (high / medium / low), sentiment (bullish / bearish / neutral), how many sources confirmed the event and which symbols it affects.
Market context per symbol. Day change, nearest price level, ATR and volatility with a direction arrow — calculated locally from your own broker's quotes, so it matches your chart. This is market fact, not an AI forecast.
Pulse. One sentence — the overall mood of the market right now.
AI chat. Ask about the current situation — the latest candle or a what-if scenario — and get a short answer in the panel.
Position-aware alert (optional). When the consensus turns against a position you already have open, the panel shows a badge and can send a push. It only informs you; the decision stays yours.
WHY YOU CAN TRUST IT
VerdictWire checks itself. Every verdict is compared with what price actually did over the next 24 hours (the threshold is a fraction of ATR, with no hindsight fitting), and a hit rate is computed for LONG, SHORT and WAIT. The history and accuracy are open in the panel — you judge it on its record, not on promises.
WHAT IT IS GOOD FOR
One screen instead of ten tabs. Instead of scrolling feeds and guessing, you see a ready picture: what happened, how important it is and which way the news flow is leaning — on your chart, in plain language.
SETUP
1. In MetaTrader 5 open Tools -> Options -> Expert Advisors, tick "Allow WebRequest for listed URL" and add: https://verdictwire.io
2. Drag VerdictWire onto any chart. The panel appears and starts loading data.
3. That is all — there is no key to enter and no third-party account to create.
REQUIREMENTS
- MetaTrader 5 with an internet connection, on a live or demo chart.
- WebRequest permission for the address above.
- Runs on a live chart only; as an information panel it does not run in the Strategy Tester.
- A VPS is useful if you want alerts while your computer is off.
IMPORTANT
VerdictWire provides information only. It does not place, modify or close trades, and it does not give trading signals or financial advice. All trading decisions are yours. The position-aware alert reads your open positions locally, on your computer; nothing about your account is sent anywhere. Past verdict accuracy does not guarantee future results.
