Developing trading applications in MQL5 and MQL4

Hi i have found this EA on a forum but it seem not work in my MT4 platform. It is possible that the coding dont have been made correctly. Can you correct it ? you can correct 1 of this 2 EA or correct both EA for more money. thanks
