Other orders - Trading robot/indicator debugging - outdated

I have a robot for trading forex. I have subscribers. I need software to load onto my own server that pushes out trading signals to clients mt4/mt5 apps, and must also be able to manage the trades hedging, trailing stop loss, etc

I need some one to write a EA which can take order from the Chart (with specified no of lots),in which it is applied and perform the buy /sell. The Chart is having only buy or sell signals . What shall be the cost
