Changes as follows: 1) Pending order to be in the middle of the last two closed candles instead of the one. SL to be the high of the last two candles 2) Option to either include or not include spread when placing order for SL & TP 3) Option of maximum lots size. So if the pending order when reached is above this size it will not place order. 4) Remove all code and button to do with "Reversal" 5) Expire time changed
