Orders for converting - C++ - outdated

I need to convert a CSV file produced by MT5 into HST file, so that my offline MT4 can use the data to draw the graphic and perform optimization. The scope is to use the data directly from de broker as MT5, using MT4 as is getting the data from the metaquotes servers

Can anyone do this take my MT4 EA convert it into a form that C Trader will read and excute? We know that since the US is stopping us from using propfimrs im looking for an alternative way since the new platforms have came out. Or maybe even a way to copy trades from mt4 or mt5 to dx trade. Any help ould be great
