Seems you purchased it from webpate (not from Metatrader).
If you were buying it directly from Metatrader so you did not have any problem.
For now - you can check Community tab in your Metatrader (it should be filled with your forum login/pass).
After that - check the following information -

i didnt get the confirmation text neither through telegram or sms,

I rented the RS Zones indicator and the rental amount was deducted from my bank account. Actually, three times cause the indicator was not showing on purchased products on my MT4 and on the the web browser. It is still not showing. Tried all the tricks like restarting MT4 and that didn’t work. Got charged 3 times and still no indicator a day later. And the clock is ticking on the 30 day rental.
Seems, you did not use Metatrader when you were rented indicator (you rented it from webpage; but it may be good to do it directly from Metatrader).
By the way, did you see this indicator in your profile as a rented one?

Thanks, yes I used the webpage like I always do and it is not appearing on my profile and on terminal as rented.
I found the reply from MetaQuotes in rus part of the forum - seems they know the issue and fixing it now - it was the reply from yesterday on small thread (there are few people with same situation with you, and they are discussing on the thread with MetaQuotes - the thread is here) -

We fix it manually and charge everything soon.
Unfortunately, they caught a glitch from the payment system when, instead of dollars, it started sending payments in local currencies. Therefore, transactions were rejected.
