Product bought but still not available to download

Hi,

Yesterday I purchased a scanner, the money was deducted from my bank account, but the indicator is not available to download in the terminal. It looks like it is not purchased.

Can you help me?

Make sure you are logged into your MQL5 account with your peszt11 login and NOT your email.

Also check that you have Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge installed in your computer, along with a recent windows OS.

 

It depends on how you purchased it:

  1. using your mql5 forum profile (deposit money to your mql5 forum profile first, and after that - pay directly from profile), or
  2. you used Visa card or any other payment system.

First case - it is almost immediately (to be purchased), second case - I think the money should come to mql5 Market first.
