I find it strange that quite a few users are complaining here on a forum, which is for users, by users, and also moderated by normal users, all of which cannot speak for MetaQuotes.
Yet, few seem to want to do what is most logical (and useful), which is to contact the Service Desk and request clarification on the issue, and for instructions on how to resolve it or to find a work-around.
It seems, that instead of trying to find possible solution, most are interested only in finding an audience for their "lamentations".

Service Desk will open an exception if you have over 2K and less than 3K, for a wire transfer, if that's really the only option available for withdrawal

Atleast they do try and assist. Best way is for them to put crypto withdrawals to avoid being at the mercy of payment merchants.

There is no clear explanation available at MQ5 .com regarding payment method via paypal, there is no phone number registered and no service desk registered to get a story. That is the reason I used forem. No clarity in the MQ5 website!
