Your broker doesn't have this symbol (Wells Fargo & Company Common Stock) that the signal provider has, so the MQL5.com Signal system skips the copying of this trade.

The only way to copy this signal properly is to use the same broker as the signal provider.

It may be related to the mapping, and if yes so it can not be fixed 9it will be fixed by new broker/account you selected for this).

Read this part of FAQ -

The Provider has trading symbol called GOLD, and my broker has the same instrument, but it is called XAUUSD. Are trades on GOLD copied to XAUUSD in that case?
