News trading: why I enter in layers instead of one big order

Every news trader knows the moment: NFP or CPI is about to drop, you are ready with your full lot, you click, and in that second the spread jumps and price spikes against you. Your one big order is deep red before the real move even starts.
Often the problem is not the direction. It is the entry. One big order means one price, and during news that price is usually the worst one.
So I built a small panel for myself: AM Trader News Layer Bot for MetaTrader 5.
What it does
1. It works out the maximum total lot your free margin allows, or the total you type.
2. It splits that total into many layers within your broker's position limit. The first layer is 0.01, each next layer is a little bigger, and the biggest lots go last.
3. It sends them one by one with a gap you choose (for example 50 ms), or all at once. There is a STOP button if you change your mind halfway.
The part most people don't know
When an MT5 account reaches stop-out, the broker usually closes the position with the biggest loss first. In a layered position that is your biggest lot, exactly the one you want to keep. So the panel has small-first protection: when margin level gets close to stop-out, it closes the smallest layers first, frees margin and gives the main position more room.
Other things it handles
- Every broker has a different max-positions limit. The panel uses a preset for known brokers and learns the real limit the first time the broker refuses an order.
- It respects the broker's max lot per order and per symbol.
- The panel shows free margin, spread, the layer plan, open layers, floating P/L and margin level.
- All settings are on the chart: type a value, press Enter.
It is an execution tool, not a signal service: you decide the direction, the panel handles the entry. A hedging account is recommended.
Trading with leverage, especially around news, can lose your whole deposit. This tool does not guarantee profit. Test on a demo account first.
