With a fixed 0.10 lot, a 20-pip stop and a 60-pip stop are three different risks pretending to be the same trade. Sized by risk, the math is honest: 1% risk on a $10,000 account is $100; with a 25-pip stop on EURUSD that's 0.40 lots, with a 50-pip stop it's 0.20. The panel computes this from the symbol's tick value on every click, so you stop doing it in your head — and stop skipping it.
