Allianz Global Investors even talked about "Rocktober" for U.S. stocks, but they noted the positive position may wane in November.

Investment strategist Kristina Hooper wrote in a note she does not expect to see the same striking returns in November that October brought. Instead, she predicts a more muted environment that could put the "no" in November. This October should, however, remind market players that they need to remain fully invested in stocks, since you never know when you might have another "Rocktober" month, she said, - especially, in an environment where accommodative monetary policy keeps shaping risk and reward profiles of asset classes.
