MediaPro EA — Mean Reversion Strategy for XAUUSD and Similar Assets

MediaPro is an Expert Advisor developed exclusively for XAUUSD (Gold) and assets with similar volatility and behavioral characteristics. The strategy combines Bollinger Bands with Stochastic confirmation, seeking entries at market extremes where the probability of a return to the center of the bands is statistically favorable.

The system was designed specifically for the particularities of gold — high volatility, wide movements, and variable spread — and is not recommended for traditional currency pairs. Each configuration was individually validated in backtest using historical XAUUSD data, with historical quality above 98%, and the results are documented below.

In addition to the entry logic, MediaPro incorporates a complete set of risk management tools, including configurable stop loss and take profit, dynamic trailing stop, automatic break-even movement, time-based stop, daily profit target, and consecutive loss protection. The EA also includes optional filters for spread, trading hours, trend strength, volume, and volatility.

Due to the nature of XAUUSD, it is recommended to test the configurations in the Strategy Tester before trading on a live account, adjusting the parameters until finding the ideal combination for your broker and risk profile.
