BrioQuant Day and Week Separators draws clean daily separators with weekday labels, emphasises the first trading day of each week, and marks bank holidays from the MT5 economic calendar - filtered to your symbol's currencies by default, so the chart shows the holidays that matter to what you trade. Features: - Daily separators with weekday name labels; weekends skipped automatically - Week-start line in its own colour and weight, so Mondays stand out at a glance - Bank-holiday markers from the built-in calendar: symbol currencies, a chosen currency, or all countries - History bound you control (up to a year), automatic hide above your chosen maximum timeframe - Instance tag lets two copies share one chart; all objects are removed cleanly with the indicator Chart context: it marks the days and leaves the trading decisions to you. Holiday data comes from the MT5 economic calendar and follows its coverage.

Where the day breaks on your chart is your broker's midnight, not yours. Broker server time, GMT, and why your MT5 sessions are an hour out explains why most brokers sit at GMT+2 or GMT+3, why the offset moves at the clock changes, and how to check yours in about two minutes.
Inputs
Display
- Draw day separator lines and Weekday name labels - independent, so you can have labels without lines or lines without labels.
- Include Saturday/Sunday - off by default, since most symbols do not trade them.
- Days of history to draw - 1 to 366. Default 30.
- Hide output above this timeframe - day separators turn into clutter on a weekly chart, so output stops above H4 by default. Set it to 0 to always draw.
- Week-start day - Monday or Sunday, to match how your broker starts its week.
Labels
- Mon / M / Monday - initial, short or full weekday name.
- Label position - top or bottom of the chart.
- Label font and font size - 6 to 20, default Arial 8.
- Label offset - as a percentage of the visible price range rather than a fixed number of points, so the labels hold their position when you zoom or switch symbol. Default 4.0.
Separators and week start
- Normal-day colour, style and width - dotted and thin by default.
- Emphasise the week-start day with its own colour, style and width - solid and heavier, so the start of each week reads without counting.
Holidays
- Mark calendar holidays - off by default. Reads MetaTrader's built-in economic calendar.
- Which holidays to pull - the symbol's own currencies, one currency you specify, or all of them. Restricting to the symbol's currencies is what stops a EURUSD chart filling with holidays that do not affect it.
- Specified currency - used only in that mode.
- Holiday name labels, and holiday colour, style and width.
Instance
- Unique tag - set a different tag on each copy when running two or more on one chart. Default WD1.

I like this indicator. It is clean and very useful. I only wish if you could add lines for the Previous Day High/Low and the Open/Close lines with an option to show their price labels. Thank you.
