Gold Session Box Trading Sessions for MT5

The indicator is mainly designed for XAUUSD intraday traders, but it can also be used on forex pairs, indices, commodities and other MT5 symbols where session timing matters. It helps you see when a session starts, how far price has moved inside that session, and whether price later breaks or sweeps important session levels.

Version 1.1 adds realtime session tracking, a cleaner information panel, average range context, breakout markers, liquidity sweep markers and alert support. The goal is not to predict the market, but to give traders a clearer view of session structure without overcrowding the chart.

How It Helps

Most traders use Gold Session Box MT5 as a quick session context check before or during an intraday trade. It helps answer simple but important questions:

• Did price only sweep a high or low and return back inside?
• Is XAUUSD moving differently during Asia, London or New York?

Recommended Use

Gold Session Box MT5 is best used on intraday timeframes such as M1, M5, M15 and M30. H1 can also be used as an overview mode, but lower timeframes usually show session behavior more clearly.

The default settings are prepared for a clean chart layout. You can adjust session times, display mode, colors, alerts, range format and broker time settings in the inputs. The UTC offset input helps align sessions with your broker’s server time.
