    the ea does not function at all, even after the author provided support it still has error message. said he would agree to refund however getting it done is another matter and still no response.

    Firstly, I have tried my best to assist you; the EA will work but you keep on denying it and not willing to let me fully assist your setup. Secondly, all refunds are processed by MQL5, I have no power or control to cancel the purchase and process the refund to you. My last message to you was to recommend you to raise a helpdesk ticket to MQL5, and then you did not reply to me anymore. Whether MQL5 is responding or approving your request is out of my control. (YES, FYI, MQL5 SIDE WILL CHECK WHETHER MY EA WORKS OR NOT, THEY PERFORM VALIDATION TO CONFIRM IF MY EA IS WORKING; AND FROM THERE IF IT IS WORKING OF COURSE THEY WILL NOT APPROVE YOUR REFUND REQUEST). Not putting the blame here directly; but if you do not wish to let me assist on your setup directly, no one else could help you. Thirdly, eventually we found out that you made a typo (spelling mistake) in one of the webrequest URLs. You did not even want to admit the fault, and still kept trying to claim that the EA does not work without showing any screen recordings or screenshots. Everything is just based on your claim and you decide to lock yourselve out from me trying to assist you. Finally, you have already activated the EA successfully. That is why MQL5 rejected your refund request. You already have an working EA, and you are possibly denying it for your own personal gain, and even had the audacity to ask me to send you separately another EA for you as "replacement"; when I rejected it as that is something very fishy and not rule-abiding, then you decided to come here and leave 1-star despite my best effort to offer you support.
