How to trade it: Enter at Point 5 when price touches or crosses the 1-3 trendline and shows a reversal signal. A supporting candlestick reversal pattern at Point 5 adds confirmation. Place the stop beyond Point 5 — below the Point 5 low for bullish patterns, above the Point 5 high for bearish. Use the Target Line (1-4) as the primary profit target. Use the convergence point of lines 1-3 and 2-4 as a time-based reference for when price may reach the target. Wolfe Waves are less common than most patterns because the convergence requirement is strict — fewer signals means higher quality signals.
