Rehoboth TradeGate Manager — MT5 Execution Validation & Trade Management
TradeGate Manager places a validation layer between your trading decision and the market.
TradeGate Manager is available for both MetaTrader 5 and MetaTrader 4 versions.
Before an order is sent, TradeGate checks the instrument, spread, stop protection and market conditions against limits you define. If a required condition fails, the order is refused and the panel tells you what failed and why.
Once a position is open, TradeGate provides progressive break-even, profit protection, retracement protection, spike protection, optional technical exits and basket-management tools.
TradeGate does not generate trading signals or predict market direction. You decide what and when to trade. TradeGate checks the execution and manages the positions you choose to open.
WHY TRADEGATE?
TradeGate Manager was developed following repeated incidents in which unintended instruments were executed instead of the instruments being traded, and trades were exposed to abnormal or exorbitant spreads that made the intended execution conditions unacceptable.
Why should every order be allowed to reach the market just because BUY or SELL was clicked?
TradeGate adds another stage to the execution process:
SIGNAL → VALIDATION → ORDER
An order must meet your configured execution conditions before it is allowed through.
BEFORE THE ORDER — THE GATE
SYMBOL LOCK
TradeGate trades only the instrument of the chart to which it is attached.
There is no instrument dropdown to mis-click. The instrument is also displayed prominently on the panel and again during two-click confirmation.
TWO-CLICK CONFIRMATION
The first BUY or SELL click arms the order. The confirmation button displays the instrument name before the second click sends it.
If you do not confirm within the specified period, the order automatically disarms.
Single-click operation can also be enabled if preferred.
DOUBLE SPREAD CHECK
The live spread is compared with your configured maximum when the order is initiated and checked again immediately before the order is sent.
If the spread exceeds your limit, the entry is refused.
STOP VALIDATION
TradeGate checks the proposed stop against the current spread and configured protection requirements.
If the stop does not meet those conditions, the order is refused and the panel reports the relevant values so you can decide whether to modify the order or leave the trade.
SPIKE CHECK
TradeGate can monitor the forming candle's price range and block new entries when movement exceeds your configured spike threshold.
When an entry is refused, TradeGate tells you why. A refusal means one of your configured execution conditions was not satisfied.
AFTER THE ORDER — TRADE MANAGEMENT
TradeGate provides several independent mechanisms for managing positions after entry:
- 25-Step Break-Even Trail — configurable profit triggers and lock distances.
- 25-Step Progressive Risk Reduction and Profit Protection — percentage-based protection that can progressively reduce risk and thereafter lock achieved profit.
- Retracement Lock — monitors the best profit reached and responds when the configured retracement threshold is exceeded.
- Profit Spike Protection — responds to qualifying rapid moves in the position's favour.
- Optional MA Cross/Channel Exit — configurable technical exit using moving-average cross and channel conditions.
- Basket Management — manage buys, sells, profitable positions, individual instrument baskets or the account basket.
Protection mechanisms are designed to move managed stops only in the protective direction, not widen them.
KNOW WHAT CLOSED YOUR TRADE
TradeGate monitors managed positions and examines account history after a position closes.
It can identify and report closure causes including:
Break-Even Step · Profit Protection Level · Retracement Lock · Spike Lock · Take Profit · Stop Loss · External Closure
This provides a clearer record of which management mechanism was associated with the exit.
AUTOMATIC SCREENSHOTS
TradeGate can optionally capture chart screenshots at entry, exit and refused entry.
Files are automatically named according to the event, helping create a visual record for later trade review. Screenshot dimensions and capture intervals are configurable.
PANEL & ORDER MANAGEMENT
The TradeGate panel provides live access to:

The interface also includes configurable panel positioning, compact mode, font settings and a privacy option for hiding selected account information during screen sharing or recording.
BROKER & INSTRUMENT FLEXIBILITY
TradeGate includes provisions for broker symbol suffixes, FIFO closing, non-hedging accounts, ECN-style execution and broker minimum-stop requirements.
Settings can be configured independently for different instruments, with optional ladder scaling for selected distance-based protection parameters.
REQUIREMENTS
- MetaTrader 4
- One TradeGate Manager panel per instrument
- Automated/live trading must be enabled
- A hedging account is required for separate Close Buys / Close Sells functionality
- Because TradeGate is an interactive trading panel requiring user clicks, forward testing on a demo account is recommended.
IMPORTANT
TradeGate Manager is an execution-validation and trade-management utility.
It does not predict market direction, generate BUY or SELL signals, guarantee profitable trades or remove the normal risks associated with trading.
You make the trading decision. TradeGate checks the execution conditions you have configured and manages the positions you choose to open.
Your strategy finds the opportunity.

Only orders meeting your configured conditions pass through the Gate.
