The Multi-Strategy Advanced EA is a highly robust, fully automated Expert Advisor for MetaTrader 5. Designed for Hedging accounts, it operates as a sophisticated trading engine that concurrently monitors up to 5 independent timeframes using 4 distinct technical strategies.
Rather than relying on a single entry logic, this EA builds a diversified portfolio of trades. It is fortified with an institutional-grade risk management system, including advanced order-flow filtering, news avoidance, dynamic trailing stops, and multi-layered equity protection.
Key Features & Architecture
STAGE 1: Core Trading Engine
- Multi-Timeframe Scanning: Independently scans up to 5 timeframes simultaneously (M5, M15, M30, H1, H4). Each timeframe can be toggled on or off.
- 4 Independent Strategies: Wait for confirmed candle closes before triggering:
- Strategy 1 (Trend Pullback): Trades in the direction of the EMA trend when RSI crosses specific thresholds.
- Strategy 2 (Retest): Identifies mid-line RSI bounces and price retests relative to the EMA.
- Strategy 3 (Extremes): Trades RSI exhaustion levels (Overbought/Oversold).
- Strategy 4 (Divergence): Detects bullish and bearish divergence between Price Action and the RSI to catch trend reversals.
- Dynamic Lot Sizing: Choose between fixed manual lot sizes, auto-compounding based on account risk percentage, and an optional Lot Multiplier for grid/recovery-style position building.
STAGE 2: Advanced Trade Management & Trailing
The EA evaluates open positions as "groups" rather than individual trades, applying collective trailing stops based on pip-equivalent money values:
- SL Condition 1 (Per-Side Trail): Locks in profit and trails the combined basket of all BUY trades or all SELL trades independently.
- SL Condition 2 (Global Trail): Monitors the combined net profit of both Buy and Sell sides, trailing the overall floating equity.
- SL Condition 3 (Master Equity Filter): Activates only during drawdown or heavy trade volume, applying trailing stops to specific chronological subsets of trades (e.g., the last 3 trades, or the first/middle/last trades) to surgically reduce exposure.
- EMA Cross Global Exit: A fail-safe exit that instantly closes all Buy or Sell positions if the price makes a confirmed candle-close across a master EMA line.
STAGE 3: Professional Pre-Trade Filters & Safety Gates
- Smart Volume & Delta Filter: Before taking a valid signal, the EA analyzes the tick data of the signal candle. It ensures the candle has above-average participation (Volume Filter) and confirms that the intra-candle order flow (Buy vs. Sell Delta) supports the direction of the trade.
- Live Economic Calendar (News Filter): Connects to MT5's native economic calendar to pause trading before and after high-impact news events, preventing slippage and spread-spike losses.
- Hard Equity Protection: Monitors overall account drawdown (in % or USD). If the limit is breached, the EA instantly closes all trades to protect the account from margin calls.
- MQL5 Validation Ready: Includes strict pre-trade checks for Free Margin availability and broker Volume Limits to ensure smooth execution and pass strict netting/margin stress tests.
Interactive On-Chart Dashboard
The EA features a modern, draggable, and highly detailed on-chart UI:
- 10 Color Themes: Ranges from "Midnight" to "Pure White," capable of recoloring both the dashboard and the underlying chart elements.
