SMC Indicator BOS & CHoCH analyze market structure using Smart Money Concepts The indicator combines BOS (Break of Structure), CHoCH (Change of Character), Fair Value Gaps (FVG), Liquidity Sweep logic and ATR filtering to provide a structured view of market movements and potential trading opportunities.
The indicator automatically identifies swing highs and swing lows and monitors structural breaks in the market. BOS (Break of Structure) identifies potential continuation of the current market structure when price breaks a significant swing levelCHoCH (Change of Character) highlights a potential shift in market direction when the current structure changes. You can choose to display BOS, CHoCH, structure lines and labels directly on the chart. Fair Value Gap automatically detects Fair Value Gaps and monitors their status as price develops. FVG zones can be filtered using ATR to account for market volatility. The indicator can also track the mitigation of each zone and optionally extend unmitigated FVGs across the chart. Available FVG settings include minimum size based on ATR, mitigation percentage, extension of unmitigated zones, hiding mitigated zones and trend-based filtering. Buy and Sell Signals The indicator can identify potential entry conditions when price reaches an active Fair Value Gap and the configured mitigation condition is met. Potential BUY and SELL signals are displayed directly on the chart using clear visual markers.The entry logic combines FVG zones with liquidity sweep and retest conditions to identify potential areas of market interest. Real-Time Signals allow the indicator to monitor the current market conditions as price develops. When price reaches an active FVG zone and the required condition is detected, the indicator can display a live potential BUY or SELL entry. Live alerts can also be enabled according to your preferences. The integrated SMC Dashboard provides a quick overview of the current market conditions. It displays the current market trend, the latest detected structural event, the number of active FVG zones and the status of the ATR filter. The market trend is classified as Bullish, Bearish or Neutral, while the Last Event section displays the latest BOS or CHoCH event detected by the indicator.
Alerts and Notifications
The indicator supports alerts for potential entry signals. You can enable alerts for BUY and SELL signals as well as real-time sweep entries. Push notifications are also available as an optional feature. SMC Indicator BOS & CHoCH is highly configurable and allows you to adapt the indicator to your preferred trading style. You can customize the Swing Period, BOS and CHoCH visibility, structure lines, labels, real-time signals, live alerts, ATR filtering and ATR parameters. The FVG system can also be configured with minimum FVG size, ATR filtering, mitigation percentage, zone extension, mitigated-zone visibility and trend filtering. Additional settings include dashboard position, entry alerts, push notifications and graphical styling such as colors, line width and font size.
