Gold Cevoris is an automated Expert Advisor developed to trade Gold / XAUUSD using a systematic trend-following breakout approach.

The system is not designed to predict every market movement. Its purpose is to participate in relevant trends when objective conditions are confirmed.

The strategy uses protected internal parameters and was designed to preserve a consistent behavior, preventing users from modifying the core logic into something different from the researched model.

Risk Management

The user can choose between two position-sizing methods.

Percent Risk

Position size is calculated automatically according to:

• current account equity;
• selected risk percentage;
• Stop Loss distance;
• symbol contract specifications provided by the broker.

Default setting:

0.50% of Equity per trade

Fixed Lot

Users who prefer fixed position sizing can select Fixed Lot and define the desired volume.

A Maximum Lot Cap can also be configured to limit the maximum position size even when the percentage-risk calculation would result in a larger lot.

Protected Strategy Core

The parameters responsible for entry, exit and volatility logic are internal.

The user controls risk and execution settings but does not modify the core trading logic.

This design helps preserve the researched configuration and reduces excessive re-optimization after release.

Gold Cevoris v1.00 operates exclusively in the LONG direction.

Prop Firm Mode

Gold Cevoris includes an optional risk-management module for accounts with daily loss and drawdown rules.

Available controls include:

• Daily Loss Limit
• Maximum Drawdown
• Equity or Balance reference
• Static or Trailing Drawdown
• Daily reset time
• Maximum trades per day
• Automatic blocking of new entries
• Optional position close when a limit is reached

Rules vary between proprietary trading firms. Users are responsible for configuring the EA according to the specific rules of their account.

Prop Firm Mode does not guarantee challenge approval or compatibility with any proprietary trading firm.

Execution Variance

When Prop Firm Mode is active, users can optionally enable a small randomized delay for normal entries and strategy exits.

For safety, Execution Variance does not delay:

• Stop Loss

• manual position close
• emergency exits

Market State Engine

The dashboard visually displays the current algorithm state:

Setup Proximity only shows how close current conditions are to the internal trigger.

It does not represent the probability of profit or the probability that a trade will occur.

Quick controls also allow the user to enable or disable new entries and close an active Gold Cevoris position.

Hedging and Netting

On Hedging accounts, manual trades and positions from other EAs can coexist on the same symbol. Gold Cevoris identifies and manages only its own positions through its Magic Number.

On Netting accounts, the EA includes protection to reduce conflicts with positions already open on the same symbol.

Reference test performed in MetaTrader 5:

These results apply only to the specific historical test described above and do not represent a promise, forecast or guarantee of future performance.

Spread, commissions, slippage, execution quality, broker conditions and future market behavior may produce different results.

Trading Frequency

Gold Cevoris is not a scalper and is not designed to trade every day.

The reference backtest generated 233 trades over approximately 30 months, or roughly 7 to 8 trades per month on average.

Actual trading frequency may vary significantly depending on market conditions.
