PROPHECY — A PATIENT APPROACH TO FOREX
17 Forex pairs. One portfolio. One chart.

PROPHECY is an automated multi-strategy DCA portfolio for MetaTrader 5 hedging accounts. Its approach is patient: wait for a setup, aim for smaller basket profits and allow trades time to develop, rather than chase large moves or constant activity.
Think of a patient miner, not a sprinter. The aim is to seek opportunities over time, not promise a payday every day. Quiet periods, floating losses and losing baskets are part of trading.
A preconfigured portfolio. No need to assemble strategies yourself. Set your sizing and limits, then let the system work with regular monitoring.

START IN 4 SIMPLE STEPS
- Use desktop MetaTrader 5 with a hedging account and the required Forex symbols.
- Open one actively quoted Forex chart, such as EURUSD M1, and attach the new PROPHECY edition once it is available.
- Use the new edition's defaults or a matching preset. Choose fixed lots or equity-proportional sizing.
- Verify lot size, portfolio limits and Magic Number on demo before enabling live trading.
Important: Do not apply old v2.10 presets to the new edition without checking compatibility. Its base fixed-lot default is 0.01, not the old edition's 0.65. A small lot does not make DCA risk-free.
SIMPLE SETTINGS. A COMPLETE PORTFOLIO.
You do not need to select a collection of individual strategies. The portfolio is already configured; the main choices are how much to trade and which limits to apply.
- FIXED LOT — Choose a base lot for new baskets, subject to broker volume rules.
- EQUITY SCALING — Scale the base lot proportionally with account equity against your chosen reference value. This is not a fixed percentage risk per trade.
- DAILY LOSS LIMIT — Configure a daily equity-loss threshold using the broker-server day's opening balance.
- PORTFOLIO LIMITS — Restrict active baskets, open lots and margin usage to suit your tested configuration.
Changing settings changes the portfolio's behaviour and results. Keep monitoring the account; set-and-forget positioning does not mean maintenance-free or guaranteed income.
WHAT PROPHECY DOES

BROKER AND ACCOUNT REQUIREMENTS
Use MetaTrader 5 with a hedging account. Keep the terminal or VPS connected and trading enabled for active management.
Portfolio symbols: AUDCAD, AUDJPY, AUDNZD, AUDUSD, EURCHF, EURGBP, EURJPY, EURUSD, GBPJPY, GBPUSD, NZDUSD, USDCAD, USDCHF, USDJPY, GBPAUD, GBPCHF and EURNZD.
The new edition supports automatic symbol-name matching where a broker prefix or suffix can be resolved unambiguously. Verify symbol availability, spread, commission, swap and leverage with your broker.
ONE PORTFOLIO. A PATIENT PACE.
PROPHECY is not a high-frequency scalper or a race to a daily profit target. It seeks smaller basket gains when its exit conditions are met. Profit size and frequency are not fixed, and a series of small wins can be offset by larger losses.
Positions may remain open for days, weeks or months. There is no general maximum holding-time exit. Patience describes the trading approach, not a guarantee of low drawdown or eventual recovery.
DCA RECOVERY — WHAT THIS MEANS
The EA can add positions when a basket moves against the initial entry and its recovery conditions are met. Additional positions change the average entry price and increase total market exposure. Recovery is not guaranteed.
Basket targets are managed by the strategy engine. Most strategies do not use an individual price-based stop loss. Floating equity can fall while the closed-trade balance still looks smooth; prolonged holding can accumulate swap costs.
PORTFOLIO PROTECTION
The configurable control layer includes:
- Maximum active baskets
- Maximum open portfolio lots
- Maximum basket lots and pair lots
- Currency gross and signed lot-based exposure limits
- Maximum margin-use percentage
- Daily drawdown control with entry and recovery blocking after a breach
- Trading enable/disable and dashboard settings
Lot limits apply to this EA's actual open exposure and prospective entries, not reserved future recovery positions. Currency lot measures are not cash-equivalent exposure. The daily limit uses account equity excluding credit versus a server-day opening-balance floor adjusted for cash flows; it attempts to close only PROPHECY positions and blocks trading until the next server day.
PROP-FIRM SETTINGS
Configure daily drawdown, basket and lot limits to your tested requirements. The entry randomizer can delay a first basket entry by up to 300 seconds, with conditions checked again before entry; recovery and exits are not delayed. The TP randomizer varies basket target distance by up to +/-5%. It affects TP only, not a general price SL.
These settings are not a complete prop-firm rule engine or an endorsement. There are no built-in news, weekend, total-loss, trailing-loss or profit-target rules in this edition. Check your provider's requirements; gaps, slippage and failed order actions can exceed configured limits.
RISK DISCLOSURE
Historical backtests and live account monitoring do not guarantee future results. Backtests are not live performance, and pre-update monitoring is not evidence of the new edition's results. DCA, correlated currency pairs and extended holding can increase losses, margin usage and swap costs.
Trading carries substantial risk, including loss of the full trading capital. Smaller profit targets do not imply smaller possible losses. Test the exact EA edition, settings, broker symbols, account type and leverage on demo before considering live trading.
