A gold 1-minute basket EA, profit-seeking type.

GoldHam Blade trades gold on the 1-minute chart. When price moves against the first entry it adds positions in the same direction, and closes all of them together once the basket is back in profit. Blade grows the lot size with the balance (compounding).

You choose one thing: the multiplier (2.0 to 5.0, 3.0 recommended).

Starting at 3.0 and raising the multiplier to 4.0 when the account had doubled and to 5.0 when it had tripled gave 3.53 million JPY over the same period. The analysis on the EA panel shows when it is a good time to raise it.

Requirements

  • Gold only: the symbol must be gold (base currency XAU, or a name containing GOLD or XAU). Attach it to a 1-minute (M1) chart. On MT5, use a hedging account.
  • The EA takes your balance at the first start as its capital and sizes the first lot from it. If that lot would be below the symbol's minimum volume, the EA shows the capital it needs and does not trade.
  • Lowest capital at the recommended multiplier 3.0: about 12,000 JPY / 80 USD (1 oz per lot, minimum 0.01 lot), about 120,000 JPY / 800 USD (1 oz per lot, minimum 0.10 lot), about 1,200,000 JPY / 8,000 USD (100 oz per lot, minimum 0.01 lot).
  • A small gold contract (1 oz per lot) is recommended. Multiplier 2.0 needs about 1.5 times these amounts, 4.0 about 0.75 times, 5.0 about 0.6 times.
  • Run only this EA on the account. A VPS is recommended.
