Kiwi Bollinger Bot MT4 is an automated and interactive trading Expert Advisor for MetaTrader 4 that combines a Bollinger Band-based seed entry engine with a Smart Grid Basket Manager.
Instead of using a grid without an initial market signal, Kiwi Bollinger Bot first analyzes market conditions using its Bollinger trading engine. When a qualified BUY or SELL opportunity is detected, the EA can open a seed trade. The Smart Grid Manager then manages additional positions if price moves against the basket.
The objective is simple:
Find the initial opportunity with Bollinger analysis, manage the basket automatically, and control risk with built-in drawdown protection.
Bollinger Seed Engine
The EA uses Bollinger Bands as the foundation of its automatic seed-entry system.
Its Hybrid Bollinger Engine evaluates several characteristics of the market, including band position, band width, price direction and momentum confirmation.
The EA also uses M15 + H1 higher-timeframe confirmation to provide additional market context before qualifying automatic seed entries.
Three entry profiles are available:
CONSERVATIVE — Stronger filtering with fewer trading opportunities.
NORMAL — Balanced filtering between selectivity and trading frequency.
FREQUENT — Default — Relaxed entry filtering designed to identify more trading opportunities.
The Frequent profile is the recommended default configuration for this version.
Smart Grid Basket Manager
After a seed trade has been established, the EA can manage the position using its built-in grid system.
Users can control important basket parameters directly from the trading dashboard, including:

BUY and SELL baskets are managed independently.

Kiwi Bollinger Bot is not limited to automatic entries.
With Auto Seed enabled, the Bollinger engine searches for qualified trading opportunities and starts baskets automatically.
Traders can also place their own manual trades and allow the EA to manage the resulting basket.
This creates two possible workflows:
Automatic: Bollinger signal → Seed trade → Smart Grid management → Basket exit.
Manual: Trader opens initial position → EA detects it → Smart Grid management → Basket exit.

Built-In Drawdown Protection
Grid trading requires careful exposure management, so Kiwi Bollinger Bot includes separate basket and account-level protection.
The Market Final configuration uses:
BUY Basket Drawdown: 10%
SELL Basket Drawdown: 10%
Master Balance Drawdown: 40%
Each BUY and SELL basket is monitored independently, while the Master Drawdown system provides an additional account-level safeguard.
These protections are risk-control mechanisms and cannot guarantee against losses, slippage, gaps, execution differences or adverse market conditions.

Important Risk Information
Kiwi Bollinger Bot uses grid basket management and can hold multiple positions simultaneously.
Grid trading can substantially increase market exposure during extended directional movements. Increasing the lot multiplier, maximum number of orders or seed lot size can significantly increase risk and margin requirements.
