Ritz Smart OHLC Candle is an advanced price-action candle indicator that enhances standard OHLC candles with smart momentum analysis, volatility validation, and directional bias filtering — all displayed directly through candle colors.
This indicator is designed for traders who want clean charts, early momentum detection, and reduced false signals, without adding extra lines or panels.

Dual-Timeframe RSI Sentiment Analysis
1. The Core Philosophy
In modern algorithmic trading, relying on a single timeframe often leads to "market noise" traps. This indicator utilizes a Dual-Layer RSI approach:

Sentiment Layer (Macro): Analyzes long-term historical data (e.g., H1 or H4) to determine the dominant market "mood." It calculates the percentage of time the RSI has spent above or below the 50-level, identifying whether Bulls or Bears have structural control.

Actual Layer (Micro): Monitors immediate price momentum (e.g., M5 or M15). This is the execution layer where traders look for overextended conditions (Overbought/Oversold) to time their entries.

Bearish Scenario: If the Sentiment Bar shows >65% Bears (H1) and the Actual RSI (M15) spikes into Overbought (>70), it indicates a "Sell the Rally" opportunity.
4. Risk Sentiment Note
RSI is a momentum oscillator. While the Sentiment Bar filters out minor fluctuations, traders should be cautious during low-volatility "Sideways" markets (Sentiment near 50%). In such conditions, the market lacks a clear driver, and OB/OS levels may be less reliable until a breakout occurs.
Pro Tip: Use the Momentum Arrows (▲/▼) in the Actual section to confirm if the RSI is turning before placing a trade. A reversal in the Actual RSI direction while at extreme levels is often the first sign of a price pivot.
