Developing trading applications in MQL5 and MQL4

I would like an EA that can catch big rises and falls of a pair. No in between, just high rises and falls. As you can see below in the images, I circled in yellow specifically when I want the EA to make it's trades. It does not matter to me what indicators are used as long as the EA works.
