All orders - C++ - outdated

Now presently in mobile mt4/mt5 push notifications got sound working see pic1 .jpg but once I go inside my mobile mt4 /mt5 terminal message chat icon see pic2 and pic3.jpg when I receive any message there is no sound which is the default behavior in mt4 / mt5 and any andriod app in mobile, already checked there is no setting to change to play sound if terminal chat icon is already open innside mt4/mt5 mobile app
