Withdrawal to Webmoney not received yet

Hello please help, I made a withdrawal to my webmoney purse, 1hour ago, the money is yet to be credited to my webmoney purse. This is the first time this is happening, usually I get the money credited to my purse instantly. I have used this same purse for withdrawal severally.

As far as I know - there is no any issue with withdrawal to Webmoney for now (it was some issue for half a day several days ago but it was already fixed).
You can write to the service desk because we on the forum can not help with this issue.
