Atleast they do try and assist. Best way is for them to put crypto withdrawals to avoid being at the mercy of payment merchants.

Imagine withdrawing USDC to phantom eh? That'd be nice

 
I was initially skeptical, but withdrawals to my Visa card have been smooth so far, with the amount hitting my bank account in just 2 seconds. Even if MQL5 restores PayPal in the future, I’d think twice before using it for withdrawals.

I find it strange that quite a few users are complaining here on a forum, which is for users, by users, and also moderated by normal users, all of which cannot speak for MetaQuotes.

Yet, few seem to want to do what is most logical (and useful), which is to contact the Service Desk and request clarification on the issue, and for instructions on how to resolve it or to find a work-around.

It seems, that instead of trying to find possible solution, most are interested only in finding an audience for their "lamentations".

There is no clear explanation available at MQ5 .com regarding payment method via paypal, there is no phone number registered and no service desk registered to get a story. That is the reason I used forem. No clarity in the MQ5 website!

Are you withdrawing your amount in Indian bank account visa card ? Please help as paypal option is gone and i am stuck with huge money stuck in mql5. As in India the webmoney and bank transfer is not possible only option remaining is visa

Service Desk will open an exception if you have over 2K and less than 3K, for a wire transfer, if that's really the only option available for withdrawal

Did you contact Service Desk to get 2k for wire transfer?

You have me a bit confused/concerned. I'm in the U.S. but never made a withdrawal.

I recall having entered my bank info upon Market Seller registration.

Are you saying that the debit card option shows but fails?


it doesn't work, it fails. I have tried contacting the desk, they seem to not really care and not much of a response. The bank has no showing of it being rejected. I dont think withdraws can be made to debit card in US without the bank account information

 
I made a research and found that the withdraw to bank card is made using Mastercard Send. What happens is that not all banks has implemented this tecnology. Even those who have done, they need to enable this for their clients account/card.
