Have you already written? And what did they answer you?

Telemah:
It has already been done, but as an exception. Now again withdrawal is impossible and all because of the first top-up. If after this one appeal it would be possible to withdraw again, but no - again it is impossible. People just do not want any withdrawal to be "as an exception" with an indispensable appeal to the service desk.

Is this verified information or a guess?

If it is, then of course it's bad. Let's collect signatures )

I was practically one of the first to encounter this problem. Above was already sorted out. After a request to servicedesk I was opened the possibility to withdraw money. But now it is closed again.

Have you written? And what was your reply?

I didn't. I have no problems with deposit and withdrawal. I immediately read about the impossibility of subsequent withdrawal and forgot about my card.

Well, the fact that there are shortcomings and inconsideration - this and noted. It would be good to use several opportunities to deposit cash with the possibility of withdrawal to webmoney, but only the amount that was entered from webmoney, or earned by your own labour on this resource.

Guys, have I got it right? In order to be able to withdraw funds (earned, for example, byselling capacities) it is obligatory to first enter a certain amount on the account?

The main thing is not to enter money into the system via bank card or Kiwi. If at least once you enter money in one of these ways - all subsequent transfers turn into one-way transfers. In this case, you will never withdraw any money, no matter how much you earned later. Only every time you apply to servicedesk and hope for a positive response to your withdrawal request.

You don't have to deposit anything at all. There is no such compulsory order. Then you can withdraw it safely.

There is a precedent that a person entered money via WebMoney, and now his withdrawal button is inactive. Yesterday in Skype to me with such a question addressed. He did not make any other inputs except WebMoney.

Earned money can always be withdrawn. Problems will be only for scammers, honest users have nothing to fear.

Talk to those who earn money on our services - they have no problems with withdrawal.
