If you jump from the third floor, ONLY to the balcony of the second floor. ))

Nikolay Kositsin:

What three metres? Three floors!

I can wish you luck...

Дмитрий:

Since when is it three storeys high these three metres?

There are different floors. 3 floors can be more than 15 metres high.

Grozir:
Floors can be different. 3 floors and more than 15 metres can happen.
Jumping can also be different. You can jump in the snow, on the sand, on the cardboard, on a slope, on a trampoline, in the water... Mykola did not say exactly how and on what he can jump. So for sure he can.

no... there was a clear reference to asphalt

transcendreamer:

Then it's just "dead". No way around it.

Unless it was a big pile of hot, fresh asphalt.)

Реter Konow:
We're talking about the third floor. That's at least six or seven meters. You can't pick your bones... Even from the full three meters, not everyone will jump.

That's not going to be much. The floor has a minimum ceiling height of 2.5 metres, plus a floor thickness of at least 0.3, resulting in a minimum of 2.8 metres. That multiplied by 3 is 8.4 metres. But you also have to consider the fact that the ground level is not on the ground. So that's almost 10 metres. Maybe we're looking at a new superman. Or someone else... what are they called? Can anyone remember?

Oops... I waved without looking... The third floor is the second floor. In the end it's really six or seven meters under your feet.

He was talking about asphalt. But he didn't specify what kind. Maybe he meant a big mountain of soft, hot asphalt? Maybe, then.)
I'm trying to find options for Nikolai in which he can survive and not lose his health).

No, he can't! Modern houses are 2.7M x 3 storeys + 0.5M (footsteps) = 8.6 metres minus 1.7 metres for height = that leaves seven metres. You start by jumping on the grass from a low height and gradually build up the height, squatting with a barbell and doing push-ups from the floor in parallel. In a couple of weeks of training in good health everything is fine, but if you jump on the pavement, arms and legs will still be beaten off. So it's not good to jump more than once, even with good shoes.
