This article does not yet denounce pump for cheating, near Jupiter, the satellite made a manoeuvre perhaps and there and changed the angle of the trajectory so as to be in the right place at the right time

It's OK in English, but the Russian pronunciation is a nightmare... And they say that our singers have bad lyrics...
There ' s lots of them.

A good song in English (with lyrics).
A song can only become good after it has been translated, but as it is X

Alexey Busygin:
This article still doesn't denounce the pumps for cheating, near Jupiter, the satellite did a manoeuvre perhaps and there and changed the angle of the trajectory so as to be in the right place at the right time

Maybe I don't understand it, but how much fuel would a satellite need to drastically change its plane of motion?

I am not in a position to do such calculations, but I think it is unrealistic.

To move in one plane, slowing down and speeding up is OK, but to realign...

That would mean it would be thrown off all the planets by a shitload of kilometres for the same number of years to the next intersection point, to try and re-align with the plane again

a little bit, it doesn't need fuel to move, it's accelerated by the planet. Just need to pick the right angle for ejection
