Just because you don't have a problem doesn't mean everyone doesn't have a problem with it.
Many people here are having problems with the visual tester and are reported. Update 3080/81 builds are still very new and as time goes on more users will be reporting the visual tester bug.
In short, there is definitely a problem with the visual tester and it needs to be fixed immediately.
I do not have any issue with visual tester. And I am not a coder (I am simple user).
I looked at same Russian thread about build 3081 (on Russian forum) and yes:
There are a lot of users here who do not have any issue with visual testing.
So, check your antivirus for example: the antivirus (Avast; AVG and so on) was the reason with the past "bug" with MT5 so it may be the same here now.

Try to put the terminal in trusted or skip checks in Avast.
Most likely it affects the loading of EX5 programs.

Or you can downgrate MT5 to any build you want (I like build 3021; it is beta version but it is stable version).
To downgrade: close Metatrader and change 3 files (3 files of new build must be changed to 3 files to your selected build); after that - start Metatrader.

all my custom symbols are gone since the update.
I've got built 3081 now.
What can I do to get them back?

From your now broken MT5, go to the symbols.custom.dat file.
Try to install an older version of MT5 prior to 3080.(The most important step!)
Turn off the old MT5.
Copy symbols.custom.dat to the old MT5.
If you start the old version of MT5, you may be prompted to restart the upgrade immediately. Do not restart!
Market Watch --> Symbols, you'll find all the Settings for your custom Symbols are still there.
Export Custom Group! You will get a json file containing all your custom symbol settings.
Import Custom Group to your new MT5.
Done.

Many of us have the same problem. where is the MT stuff to fix this?Or at least share us the previous version.
I never talked to you, why are you quoting my post which has nothing to do with your problem ? You are actually not "many" but 2 to have reported this "Indicators in visual mode" issue, the others are different.
I am living in a world where people who have a problem are thinking they are the centre of the world. I am living in a world where people with poor technical skills dare to argue with professionals with 35 years of experience in coding, including 10 years specifically with MT4/MT5.
In my world, when I have a problem for something I am not a specialist, I will at least listen the true specialists.
Ok you have a problem, which nobody said you don't have, and you provided 0 useful information....what indicators ? what parameters ? what is in the log ?
Oh by the way, don't lost your time to answer, these are rhetorical questions. I will ignore you from now.
The solution by deleting metatester.ini is not resolving the issues of multiply the indicators on the screen.
For each bar a new indicator window will appear an the screen. In the end the back-testing will be block and anyway it's impossible to look on.
The issue still persist regarding multiplying the indicator windows in the back-testing view.
Seems that for each new bar it's generate a new windows with indicators.
This multiplication of indicators is clearly a sign of a coding problem. Show the code related to the indicator call (iCustom and CopyBuffer).

I guess you think you're someone important.
"Respect" is a well-deserved behavior. However, as you can see from your style, although you don't deserve much respect, I respect you and did some extra tests on the subject. However, the result still did not change.
Someone with coding experience wouldn't be "biased" to a bug report.
Only an amateur with 35 minutes of coding experience can give this reaction.
If there is a problem there is. And it was reported in the right place at the right time.
We don't care what you do or how long you've been coding. This unpleasant attitude seems to stem from his smugness and need for intense advertising.
I work with "really" professional and respectful coders.
I just filed a bug report before monday to report the current bug and continue testing with my coders with a smooth MT5 build.
You don't have to fiddle with codes for years to notice a bug. If you're a pharmacist, you don't have to know the taste of all the medicines you sell. Or you don't need to be a high mechanical engineer to drive a car.
You are wasting our time and effort by denying the problem and interpreting it personally. Just like typing this message right now.
