We have published five free tools for MetaTrader 5 on the MQL5 Market. Each tool does one job and shows the result on the chart in clear terms. They address common questions: how to calculate lot size based on risk, how far the margin call level is, how to take a break after losing trades, how to close multiple trades together, and when the next news event occurs.
Calculates lot size based on your chosen risk: a percentage of balance, a percentage of equity, or a fixed amount in the account currency. Drag the entry, stop loss, and take profit lines on the chart to see the lot size, the potential loss at the stop loss, the potential profit at the target, the required margin, and the reward-to-risk ratio. It performs calculations only and does not open trades.
Displays the prices where your broker's margin call and stop out would occur for open positions on the current chart symbol, with lines on the chart and the distance to each level. It can alert you when the price approaches the margin call level. It reads account data only.
Helps you follow your own rules after losing trades: a short delay after each loss, a longer pause after consecutive losses, and an optional stop for the rest of the day. If a trade opens during a pause, the tool can either close it immediately or only report it, based on your settings. It never opens a trade.
Treats your open positions as a single basket. It displays the net result including swaps and commissions, marks the break-even price on the chart, and closes the basket at your chosen net profit or net loss, with an optional break-even lock or trailing lock. All closing rules are off by default, and it never opens a trade.
Displays the MetaTrader 5 economic calendar directly on your chart: vertical lines mark the events for the currencies of the chart symbol, and a small card shows the next events with a countdown and the forecast, previous, and actual values. It can send alerts a few minutes before high-importance events.
All five are free. Please test them on a demo account first.
