Live Signal: Link

Most gold robots on the Market promise the moon with AI buzzwords and show you a backtest. Classic Market Surfer takes the opposite road: a disciplined, classic strategy for XAUUSD — every trade protected by a hard Stop Loss and Take Profit, no martingale, no grid, no recovery tricks — and a public live account you can inspect trade by trade before you spend a cent.

Live, Verified, In Public

The Classic Market Surfer MT5 signal runs on a real IC Markets account, 100% algo, fully visible on MQL5:

  • +84% growth in its first 3 weeks (started 7 July 2026)
  • 26 trades, 92% winners, half long / half short
  • Profit Factor 2.88, average holding time ~33 minutes
  • Roughly 10 trades per week — active, but selective

Honesty first: this is a small live account running an aggressive lot profile, and it has seen a maximum equity drawdown of about 46% along the way. MQL5's own page flags that a new account with fast growth carries elevated risk — and that's exactly right. The signal exists so you can watch the strategy's behaviour in real market conditions, not as a promise of what your account will do. Past performance never guarantees future results.

The same engine has also passed an FTMO-style evaluation under strict rules — independent evidence the logic holds up outside a backtest. Details here: https://www.mql5.com/en/blogs/post/764259

What's New in v1.40

Version 1.40 (released 24 July 2026) is the biggest refinement of the engine so far:

  1. Precision entry timing. The setup is confirmed on M15, but the actual entry is now timed on a lower timeframe — the EA waits for the market to confirm direction before pulling the trigger, instead of blindly buying the bar close.
  2. Candle Spike Guard. When the last candle's range explodes (news bar, blow-off move), new entries are blocked in both directions until conditions normalise.
  3. Consecutive Candle Guard. After a strong run of same-direction candles, the EA refuses to fade the move — a simple rule that removes a whole class of losing counter-trend entries.
  4. One-direction mode + MaxOrders. Turn AllowMultiOrders off and the EA will never hold buys and sells at the same time; MaxOrders puts a hard ceiling on simultaneous positions. Your exposure, your rules.
  5. News protection on both platforms. MT5 uses the built-in economic calendar; the MT4 edition now carries a ForexFactory-based news filter.

Under the hood it's still the same philosophy the EA launched with: classic, time-tested trading principles — no AI gimmicks, no curve-fit magic.

Built-In Discipline

  • Hard SL and TP on every trade — risk is defined before entry, always
  • No martingale, no grid, no position "recovery"
  • Calendar risk filters: no trading the first Friday of the month, and the month-edge days are blocked
  • Friday cut-off and session controls
  • On-chart dashboard so you always see what the EA is doing

The Offer — $49, Strictly Limited

The MT5 edition is available right now at $49. For perspective, the MT4 edition of the same strategy lists at $399 — this is a launch-window price for the updated MT5 build, and it will rise after every 5 purchases, exactly as the product page states. When the copies at this price are gone, they're gone.
