Description quality and completeness:

First day of trading seems good. Will buy other EAs from Neil if this is good.

Reliability and usability:

Just experienced a 50% DD on live. Grid + martingale is dangerous.

User support - A manual will be good. Or a Q and A section. Just paste all your replies to clients there.

I’m sorry it has taken a few hours to respond but I have been travelling all day. No Forex EAs should not open trades 24/5 as this is very unreliable to predict the market 24/5. Support is best on MQL5 chat, not telegram. Mad gold scalper opens trades 5am to 7am and 4pm to 7pm GMT. Monday morning trading is avoided. You should have trades now.

Its garbage unfortunately. lots of small wins and then huge losses. It's not sustainable.. Ran on vps for 5 days and that was my experience.

Amazing EA. Taking so many trades with profit. It avoids market volatility by carefully avoiding news. It trades only on strategic hours, which helps to keep drawdown very low.
