1. EA Overview

UFO Market Structure & Fibo Zone EA is an automated trading system designed to detect Supply & Demand zones, validate market conditions, execute multiple entries, and manage trades through an integrated risk management system.

Unlike a basic zone-based EA, it combines UFO Zones, Market Swings, Fibonacci Confluence, HTF/MTF Filters, Multi-Layer Entries, ReOrder Management, and Virtual Trade Protection.

The main workflow:

UFO Zone Detection → Zone Validation → Fibonacci & Trend Filters → Entry Calculation → Multi-Order Execution → TP/SL Management → ReOrder.

The EA is configurable and does not rely on a single indicator signal.

2. UFO Supply & Demand Zone Engine

Automatically detects four zone patterns:

• RBR – Rally Base Rally

• DBD – Drop Base Drop

• DBR – Drop Base Rally

• RBD – Rally Base Drop

Continuation patterns (RBR/DBD) and reversal patterns (DBR/RBD) can be configured independently.

Supports Multi-Base structures from Base 1 to Base 6, with configurable Leg-In, Leg-Out, and Wick candle filters.

3. Fibonacci Confluence Filter

Automatically calculates Market Swings and validates UFO Zones against Fibonacci levels:

• 0.382

• 0.618

• 0.768

Configurable parameters include Swing Depth, Minimum Swing Size, Maximum Fibonacci History, Non-Repaint Mode, Fibonacci Tolerance, and ATR-Based Tolerance.

Fibonacci can be used as an entry filter, requiring zone alignment with the selected levels.

4. Multi-Timeframe & Trend Filters

Multi-Timeframe Zone Filter (MTF)

Supports up to five additional timeframe references. Zones can be validated through alignment or overlap across active timeframes.

SL and TP zones follow the Current Timeframe, where the EA is attached.

Higher-Timeframe Trend Filters (HTF)

Includes:

• HTF EMA Trend Filter: Uptrend, Downtrend, and Sideways.

• EMA9 HTF Zone Validation.

• EMA200 ATR Trend-Following Zone.

• EMA200 ATR Counter-Trend Zone.

These filters help control which zones are eligible for trading.

5. Zone Quality Filters

Configurable quality filters for:

• Leg-In

• Leg-Out

• Base

• Wick

• Opposite Wick

• Same-Direction Wick

Each filter section can be enabled or disabled independently to customize zone qualification.

6. Six-Layer Entry System

The EA supports up to six independent orders from one UFO Zone.

Each order can have its own:

• Lot Size

• Entry Position

• Entry Buffer

• Take Profit

• Execution Settings

Individual entries can be disabled by setting the relevant entry value to -1.0.

Supports configurable risk/reward structures, including RR 1:6.

Custom Entry Buffer

Entry positions can be configured inside or outside the zone using a percentage of the Zone Range.

Examples:

• 15.0 = 15% outside the zone.

• -50.0 = 50% inside the zone.

• Negative values position entries between the Proximal and Distal boundaries.

This allows flexible scaling and entry distribution.

7. Smart Pending & Instant Market Execution

The EA supports Pending Orders with broker-distance validation.

When enabled, Instant Market Fallback can switch a pending entry to market execution if the calculated entry is too close to the current Bid/Ask price.

Before execution, the EA validates SL, CL, TP, and broker trading requirements.

CL Management – Candle Body Close

CL closes a position when the candle body reaches the configured SL price. It does not require the candle wick to reach SL.

8. Zone ID & Smart ReOrder System

Each zone is tracked using a unique Zone ID (ZID), allowing the EA to associate positions and pending orders with their originating zone.

Zone tracking supports:

• Order Management

• ReOrder Management

• Zone-Specific Tracking

• Blocked Zone ID Filter

Blocked Zone IDs can prevent or cancel entries from invalidated zones, including existing pending orders. This also supports semi-manual zone control.

ReOrder Variables

Configurable ReOrder features include:

• ReOrder ON/OFF

• Maximum ReOrder Count

• ReOrder Delay

• Single-Entry Mode

• Zone-Specific Order Tracking

After profitable positions from a zone are closed, the EA can allow that zone to trade again according to the configured ReOrder rules.

9. Individual Take Profit

Each of the six order slots can use its own TP setting.

Unused order slots can be disabled by setting the relevant TP value to -1.0.

This supports different scaling and profit-taking structures within the same zone.

10. Virtual Break-Even Protection (BEP)

The EA includes Virtual BEP management.

Configurable parameters include:

• BEP Trigger Based on Zone Width

• BEP Points

• Independent BEP Activation

The EA monitors positions internally and can activate virtual break-even protection after the configured price movement.

11. R-Multiple Virtual Trailing

Virtual trailing is based on the position's initial risk (R).

Configurable settings:

• Trailing Start = X R

• Trailing Step = X R

The EA monitors position progress and can close a position when the configured R-based drawdown from peak progress is reached.

12. USD Account-Profit Trailing

Includes account-profit trailing for managing multiple positions.

Configurable parameters:

• Trail Start USD

• Trail Stop USD

The EA tracks Peak Profit and can close managed positions when profit decreases by the configured amount.

This operates independently from individual zone trailing.

13. Money Management

Two main money management modes:

Fixed Lot
Uses a configured fixed lot size.

Risk % of Balance
Calculates trading volume based on a percentage of account Balance.

Individual fixed lot sizes can also be assigned to each of the six order slots.

Actual risk and execution depend on broker conditions, symbol specifications, and account settings.

14. Automatic Zone & Pending Order Cleanup

The EA can automatically remove pending orders when their original trading conditions are no longer valid.

Cleanup mechanisms include:

• Broken-Zone Cleanup

• Candle-Scan Cleanup

• Zone-Range Cleanup

• EMA9 Validation Cleanup

• EMA Zone Cleanup

• Trend-Change Cleanup

• Blocked Zone ID Cleanup

15. Trading Time Blocks

Supports up to three independent Trading Time Blocks.

Each block can define:

• Day

• Start Time

• End Time

Pending orders can be automatically deleted during configured time blocks.

Useful for controlling trading sessions and avoiding selected market periods.

16. State Tracking & Recovery

The EA maintains internal information for Zone Management, Order Management, and ReOrder State.

ReOrder information can be reconstructed from existing positions and pending orders, helping preserve zone-management continuity after an EA restart.

17. Trading Direction & Execution

Configurable execution options include:

• Buy Only

• Sell Only

• Buy & Sell

• Pending Orders

• Optional Instant Market Fallback

Additional protection includes Market-Closed Guard, Pending Order Validation, Zone Range Filter, and automatic cleanup.

18. Market Compatibility

Designed for instruments supported by MetaTrader 5, including:

• Forex

• Gold & Metals

• Indices

• Crypto CFDs

• Other MT5-supported instruments

Execution depends on broker conditions, contract specifications, minimum volume, spread, Stops Level, and execution rules.
