Gold Rabbit – Multi-Strategy Breakout EA for XAUUSD
Gold Rabbit is a fully automated breakout system built exclusively for Gold (XAUUSD). It combines seven independent breakout strategies, each designed to capture a different type of price expansion, and runs them within one shared risk framework.
No grid. No martingale. No averaging down.
Every trade is a single position with its own fixed stop loss and take profit from the moment it is placed. Losing trades are closed at their stop, never doubled or stacked. What you see in the backtest is how the EA actually trades.
Four trading modes
- Minimal: 3 strategies, lowest activity
- Selective: 5 strategies
- Balanced: all 7 strategies (recommended)
- Active: all 7 strategies with higher risk per trade
Risk management
- Set your maximum drawdown, the EA does the rest. In the Lot Size Settings you simply enter the maximum total drawdown you are willing to accept (default 30%). Gold Rabbit calculates the lot size for every strategy from this value, so that the historical maximum drawdown stays at approximately your chosen level and not above it.
- Alternative mode: fixed maximum risk per strategy
- Optional maximum daily drawdown, suitable for prop firm accounts
- Spread filter blocks entries when spreads widen
- Margin and broker limit checks before every order
Backtesting
For reliable backtest results, use the modelling mode "1 minute OHLC" in the MT5 Strategy Tester. It is precise enough for the breakout entries, stops and trailing logic, while keeping test times short.
Live dashboard
A clean on-chart panel shows realised profit, today's result, floating P/L, balance, equity, current drawdown against your limit, open trades, spread and news filter status in real time.
