Designed primarily for XAUUSD on the M15 timeframe, this MT5 Gold trading robot combines independent breakout, trend, reversal, session and momentum strategies inside one portfolio. Each strategy waits for its own market conditions and manages its trades through a common broker-aware execution and risk layer.
Gold Orchestra is built for traders who want more than one entry idea without using martingale or a grid recovery system. It never increases the next position simply to recover a previous loss. Every new trade is submitted with an initial broker-side Stop Loss.

One portfolio, several market ideas
A strategy that performs well in one market environment may be less effective in another. Gold Orchestra reduces dependence on a single setup by combining several independently triggered strategy families.
The supplied portfolio includes London-session logic, early-session carry, H4 breakout, U.S. impulse, afternoon continuation, H1 structure breakout, multi-horizon structural pulse, daily RSI pullback, negative-transition and weekly exhaustion logic. Some modules follow expansion or momentum, while others look for pullbacks, reversals or changes in market state.
The strategies do not need to agree before trading. A module enters only when its own completed-bar and session conditions are satisfied. This can create periods with several opportunities and periods with few or no trades. That selectivity is expected behaviour.
Risk and position sizing
Manual Lot requests the same fixed lot for every enabled module. The supplied starter configuration uses 0.01 lot. The recommended starting balance for this manual 0.01-lot profile is USD 1,000 or more. If the broker does not support that exact volume, the EA does not silently increase it.
Automatic Risk calculates position size from current account balance, selected risk percentage, broker contract data and the initial Stop Loss distance. As the balance grows or declines, the next calculated volume can also rise or fall, subject to the broker's minimum lot, volume step, maximum lot and available margin.
For the optional fixed 2% auto-risk configuration, the recommended account balance is USD 5,000 to USD 10,000 or more. Two percent is the planned risk for each accepted trade at its initial Stop Loss, not a maximum account drawdown. Because independent strategies can overlap on a hedging account, combined open exposure can exceed 2%. This is a higher-risk profile and should be tested on a broker-matched demo account before use.
Automatic Lot scales the requested volume with the selected sizing balance. A fixed lot is not a fixed percentage risk: the monetary exposure of 0.01 lot changes with stop distance and broker contract specifications.
The execution layer also checks spread, estimated margin, volume rules, stop and freeze distances, quote readiness and server return codes before or after a trading operation. Runtime safeguards include managed-order ownership, pending-order reconciliation, missing-stop protection and restart-state recovery.
Recommended configuration
- Platform: MetaTrader 5.
- Recommended instrument: XAUUSD or the broker's detected Gold symbol.
- Recommended chart timeframe: M15.
- Preferred broker environment: IC Markets or IC Trading Raw Spread.
- Starter sizing: supplied manual 0.01-lot configuration.
- Recommended account mode: hedging.
- Recommended balance for manual 0.01 lot: USD 1,000 or more.
- Recommended balance for fixed 2% auto risk: USD 5,000 to USD 10,000 or more.
- Operation: stable MetaTrader connection with algorithmic trading enabled.
A hedging account is recommended for Gold Orchestra. On a hedging account, independently owned strategy positions can remain open at the same time, preserving the intended multi-strategy portfolio behaviour. On a netting account, Gold Orchestra serializes same-symbol exposure so different strategy trades are not merged into an ambiguously owned net position. This protection may reduce trade frequency on netting accounts.
IC Markets or IC Trading with a Raw Spread account is the preferred starting broker environment. Gold Orchestra is not broker-locked and is designed to work with other compatible MetaTrader 5 brokers through automatic Gold-symbol and GMT detection. Results can still differ because every broker has different XAUUSD spreads, commissions, swaps, contract sizes, stop levels, price feeds and execution. Test the exact broker and account on demo before trading real money.
A VPS close to the broker is recommended for continuous operation. Gold Orchestra does not require a DLL, WebRequest or external custom indicator. The EA does not include an economic-news filter.
Quick start
- Install Gold Orchestra from MQL5 Market.
- Open the broker's XAUUSD or Gold chart and select M15.
- Attach one EA instance and load the supplied manual 0.01-lot configuration.
- Enable algorithmic trading.
- Confirm the detected symbol, broker time and initialization messages in the Experts and Journal tabs.
- Run a broker-matched demo test before considering real-money trading.
Main settings
Trading and identification: enable trading, symbol override, Magic Base, Configuration ID and deployment identity.
Execution protection: maximum spread, quote readiness, trade-error cooldown, stop safety, pending reconciliation and restart recovery.
Position sizing: Manual Lot, Automatic Lot or Automatic Risk, including manual volume and direct percentage-risk controls.
Portfolio controls: strategy switches, margin limit and optional account-level exposure protections.
Broker portability: automatic Gold-symbol detection, GMT alignment and daylight-saving settings.
The supplied preset contains the researched Gold Orchestra configuration. Advanced strategy, quality-model and runtime inputs should normally remain unchanged. Altering multiple parameters can materially change signal selection, trade frequency and risk.
Always use a set file that matches the current product version. Advanced strategy, quality-model and runtime settings should not be copied between different product versions.
Testing and realistic expectations
Gold Orchestra is calibrated for XAUUSD M15. Although the Market build can initialize from other chart symbols and timeframes, profitability is not claimed for other instruments or periods.
Use the MQL5 Market demo to run your own Strategy Tester checks. For the closest available simulation, use XAUUSD M15, the supplied inputs and Every tick based on real ticks. Confirm the deposit, leverage, spread, commission, swap and broker contract specification used in each comparison.
Live and backtest results can differ because brokers use different price feeds, spreads, commissions, swaps, contract sizes, stop levels, liquidity and execution. Slippage, gaps, rejected operations, connection interruptions and insufficient margin cannot be eliminated by an Expert Advisor.
Risk disclosure
XAUUSD is volatile and automated trading involves substantial risk. A Stop Loss defines planned risk but cannot guarantee the execution price or prevent losses. Historical tests and public monitoring describe past behaviour only and do not guarantee future performance.
Start with the manual 0.01-lot configuration on a broker-matched demo account. Understand the trading frequency and overlapping exposure before considering the fixed 2% auto-risk profile. Never trade money you cannot afford to lose.
