GTM Trade Manager v3 is a manual trade panel for MetaTrader 5. You decide when to buy and sell. The panel opens the trades with your settings, then looks after every one of them: partial closes at TP1 and TP2, break-even, trailing, and a clean chart that shows exactly where each trade stands.
It also sees every open trade on the account, including trades you open from your phone, another PC or another EA. All your closed trades go into a history with replay, a data analyzer and a journal.
| This is not a robot. GTM Trade Manager never opens a trade by itself. It is a tool for traders who choose their own entries and want the management done exactly, every time. |
1. Order panel (from GTM PANEL PRO)
- A / B / C / D groups. Each group has its own magic number, lot size, trades per click, stop loss, TP1 / TP2 / TP3, break-even and trailing. Pick a group, press BUY or SELL, and the trade gets that group's plan.
- Money-based levels. Stop loss and targets are set in account currency ($). The panel works out the price for each symbol, so $30 at TP1 means $30 on XAUUSD, EURUSD or an index alike.
- TP1 and TP2 partial closes. Close the percent you choose of the start lot at TP1 and at TP2 (for example 50% and 30%). The rest runs to TP3, the only target the broker sees.
- Break-even. Move the stop loss to entry plus a small gap, either at a profit you set or automatically when TP1 is hit.
- Trailing stop. Trail all the time or only after TP2. The stop only ever moves in your favour.
- Lot per symbol. Every symbol starts at the broker's minimum lot. Change it only when you want to; the panel remembers it per symbol. The MIN button returns to the minimum.
- Close buttons for the selected group: CLOSE ALL, CLOSE PROFIT, CLOSE LOSS, CLOSE BUY, CLOSE SELL and BREAK EVEN.
2. Chart with the trade's box
- A full chart for any symbol of your broker, with M1 to W1, MA, Bollinger Bands and SMC structure.
- Each trade is drawn as a box from its entry: green to TP3, red to SL, with TP1 / TP2 / TP3 lines and a break-even line. Two trades on the same symbol at the same price share one box; different prices get separate boxes.
- Drag a TP1 or TP2 line to move it for one trade.
- One-click trade buttons on the chart: SL TO BE, CLOSE 25%, CLOSE 50% and CLOSE.
- Indicator pane under the chart: RSI, MACD, Stochastic, ATR or CCI.
- Drawing tools on the chart and on the indicator pane: trend line, ray, horizontal, vertical, box and Fibonacci. Select one to move or delete it.
- Drag to scroll, drag the price axis to scale, SHIFT for space on the right, FULL screen, and ORDER / LIST to show or hide the side panels.
3. Every open trade, sorted by risk
The DASHBOARD puts every open trade of the account into one of three columns:
| SAFE | The stop loss is at break-even or better, or TP1 / TP2 is already done. |
| NORMAL | The trade is in profit but has no break-even and no TP yet. |
| RISK | The price is on the stop-loss side of the entry. |
Trades from your phone or another platform are always shown. In SETTINGS > MANAGE you can choose manage with group X, and they also get that group's TP1 / TP2 / break-even / trailing. A balance history and a trade status box sit next to them, and the top bar keeps EQUITY, TODAY and FLOAT in view on every tab.
4. History with trade replay
- The full account history (all years), one line per closed trade, with how it ended: TP, SL, BE, TSL (trailing) or MAN (closed by you).
- Click a trade to replay it. The box is drawn where it was when the trade opened, with the original SL and TP1 / TP2. Dashed lines show where the stop went later (break-even, trailing), and a ring marks the exit.
- JOURNAL IT sends the trade straight to your journal.
5. Data analyzer and journal
- Any date range: today, a week, a month, a year, all time, or your own FROM / TO dates.
- DASHBOARD: net P/L, number of trades, win rate, profit factor, average trade, best / worst, profit curve, a summary (TP / trailing / SL / BE / closed by you, streaks, lots), results by symbol, buy vs sell, and by hour of the day.
- CALENDAR: every day of the month in green or red with its result. Click a day to open it in the dashboard.
- JOURNAL: every closed trade is already there. Add a setup tag, a 1-5 rating, mistake / feeling tags and a note, then filter the list or EXPORT CSV.
6. Account guard
- Daily loss limit and daily profit target, as money or percent.
- Max drawdown from the top, which can close the trades. Off by default.
- Cool-down after a loss, max trades a day, and per-symbol limits (stop at loss, stop at profit, max trades).
- When a limit is reached, the panel's BUY / SELL are locked for the day, and you can UNLOCK at any time. Trades from your phone cannot be blocked, but the drawdown rule closes them too if you want.
7. Alerts: voice and Telegram
- Voice alerts are built into the file: trade opened, TP, SL, break-even, guard.
- Telegram messages for opened trades, TP1 / TP2, break-even and closes, optionally with a chart picture.
- Telegram menu: Status, Open trades, Report, Trade chart, Dashboard and Guard. BE all, Close profit and Close ALL work only when you allow them in the inputs. Close ALL always asks YES / NO first.
8. Four themes
GRAPHITE (default, calm and easy on the eyes), NAVY, LIGHT and NEON. Change it in SETTINGS > THEME; the choice is saved.
How to start
- Attach the panel to any chart. The chart is covered by the panel; pick symbols in SETTINGS > SYMBOLS.
- Allow Algo Trading in MetaTrader 5, so the panel can open, modify and close trades.
- Set your group (lot, SL, TP1 / TP2 / TP3, BE, trailing) in the order panel on LIVE TRADES.
- Press BUY or SELL. From here the panel manages the trade.
- For Telegram, add https://api.telegram.org under Tools > Options > Expert Advisors > Allow WebRequest, then put your bot token in the inputs and send /start to your bot.
| Good to know - TP1, TP2, break-even and trailing are done by the panel, so MetaTrader 5 must stay running (a VPS is best). The SL (and TP3, when you use it) is always set with the broker, so the trade stays protected even if the terminal is closed. - Works on hedging and netting accounts, on forex, metals, indices, crypto and synthetic symbols. - Practise on a demo account first, to learn how the groups and partial closes behave with your broker. |
What it does not do
- It does not open trades by itself and does not give signals.
- It does not promise any result. Your entries decide the outcome; the panel makes the management consistent.
- It cannot block trades placed from your phone. It shows them and, if you choose, manages or closes them.
