Momentum Radar PRO — Multi-Asset Momentum Scanner
Momentum Radar PRO is a professional multi-symbol scanner that monitors 28 forex pairs + indices + crypto simultaneously and detects unusual momentum shifts in real-time. Unlike traditional currency strength meters that show static values, Momentum Radar focuses on momentum acceleration — identifying what is moving abnormally right now.
What Makes It Different
Standard currency strength tools tell you "EUR is strong." Momentum Radar tells you "EUR just got strong in the last 30 minutes at an unusual speed." This distinction between static strength and dynamic acceleration is what separates noise from real trading opportunities.
Core Features
Real-Time Momentum Scanner
Monitor 28+ symbols in a single dashboard. Each pair displays a composite momentum score (0-100) calculated from RSI, Momentum indicator, ATR ratio, and tick volume — updated every second.
Spike Detection System
Automatic alerts when a pair moves beyond 2x its normal ATR range with elevated volume. Spike alerts fire once per event with hysteresis protection to prevent repeated notifications.
Momentum Acceleration Column
See not just momentum direction, but whether momentum is building speed or fading. This rate-of-change-of-rate-of-change calculation is unique to Momentum Radar.
Currency Strength Delta
Track 9 currencies (USD, EUR, GBP, JPY, AUD, CAD, NZD, CHF, XAU) with both current strength and the change in strength over the selected period.
Smart Pair Finder
Automatically identifies the strongest currency versus the weakest and suggests the optimal pair to trade. Click the suggestion to instantly switch your chart to that pair.
MTF Heatmap
Color-coded multi-timeframe matrix showing momentum scores across M15, H1, H4, and D1 for the top 8 pairs. Quickly identify where momentum aligns across timeframes.
Momentum/Price Divergence
Detects when momentum direction contradicts price direction — a classic signal for potential reversals.
Top Movers Panel
See the 5 pairs with the largest momentum changes in the current session at a glance.
Alert Log
On-chart history of recent spike and cross alerts with timestamps.
Telegram Integration
Built-in Telegram bridge sends formatted spike alerts, momentum cross notifications, and Smart Pair suggestions directly to your phone or channel.
Extra Symbols
In addition to the 28 built-in forex pairs, you can add up to 7 custom symbols through the input settings. Dedicated fields are provided for:
- S&P 500 — enter your broker's symbol name (e.g. US500, SPX500)
- Dow Jones — enter your broker's symbol name (e.g. US30, DJ30)
- Nasdaq 100 — enter your broker's symbol name (e.g. NAS100, USTEC)
- Russell 2000 — enter your broker's symbol name (e.g. US2000, RUS2000)
- Bitcoin — enter your broker's symbol name (e.g. BTCUSD)
- 2 additional custom symbols of your choice
Interactive Dashboard
- Click any pair in the table to switch your chart instantly
- Click TF buttons (M15 / H1 / H4 / D1) to change the analysis timeframe — all calculations update immediately
- Click Sort buttons (MOM / DELTA / VOL / ACCEL) to reorder the table
- Click the Smart Pair suggestion to jump to the recommended pair
- Keyboard shortcuts: S = cycle sort, T = cycle timeframe, R = refresh
Display Options
- 3 color themes: Dark, Midnight Blue, Light
- Configurable dashboard position and offset
- Toggle individual panels on/off (Heatmap, Top Movers, Alert Log, Smart Pair)

Alert System
- Spike Alert — fires when momentum exceeds threshold with elevated volume
- Momentum Cross 80/20 — fires when a pair enters strong or weak territory
- Divergence Alert — fires on momentum/price divergence
- Delivery: Popup, Sound, Push Notification, Email, Telegram
- Hysteresis protection prevents alert spam (re-arms only after 10-point buffer)
- 5-minute cooldown per symbol per alert type
Technical Details
- Lightweight design: calculates only the last 500 bars (configurable)
- Pre-initialized indicator handles for all symbols
- Automatic broker symbol detection with SmartFind engine
- Auto-detects broker prefix/suffix from the current chart symbol
- Persistent data: if a symbol temporarily fails to update, the last known values are retained
- Works on any chart — the scanner monitors all configured symbols regardless of the chart symbol

Installation
- Copy the MomentumRadar folder to MQL5/Indicators/
- Compile MomentumRadar.mq5
- Drag onto any chart
- Configure extra symbols if desired (S&P 500, Dow Jones, etc.)
- Allow WebRequest for api.telegram.org if using Telegram alerts
A free version with 8 pairs and basic dashboard is available separately for evaluation.
