Aquila X is a breakout trading robot for Gold (XAU/USD). It trades both long and short breakouts across H1, H4, and Daily timeframes.

Breakout System

While there are many breakout Expert Advisors (EAs) available, Aquila X is a reliable option that utilizes three timeframes and two distinct setups to capture the best trading opportunities for gold. Each trade includes a Stop Loss and a Take Profit, while a high-frequency trailing stop secures your profits. Higher volatility leads to greater gains. This robot does not employ grid, martingale, or other high-risk trading systems. The robot operates on the H1 timeframe. Pending orders are placed on the chart corresponding to each strategy; this means the robot is not constantly active but instead waits for the optimal opportunities for a range breakout.

Trading strategies:

The EA can be optimized thanks to a wide range of settings. Options include fixed lot sizes, risk-per-trade (as a percentage), and the ability to double the lot size following a loss. It also features an algorithmic loss-protection system: the robot exits losing positions under the most favorable conditions, thereby minimizing drawdown.

Optimization for prop firms:

I offer my own optimized settings designed to minimize drawdown. Install the robot on two XAU/USD charts, using the respective set file for each, on the same account. One setup has a historical drawdown of 4.18% and the other 3.42%; combined, the total drawdown should remain below 10%, meeting the requirements of most prop firms.

- Adjustable SL and TP,

- HFT trailing stop activation,

- Loss protection,

- Lot doubling after a loss,

- News filter,

- Time filter.

An ECN or Prime account is highly recommended for running this EA. We provide two set files for installation on two different charts.
