Gold M5 Reverse Scalper
Gold M5 Reverse Scalper is an automated Expert Advisor designed primarily for Gold (XAUUSD) trading on the M5 timeframe.
The EA uses a reverse-signal trading approach. It first identifies directional market conditions using EMA-based price and trend logic and then executes the opposite trading direction.
Original BUY signal -> SELL execution
Original SELL signal -> BUY execution
The strategy processes M5 market data and evaluates new trading opportunities once per new M5 bar.

REVERSE TRADING LOGIC
The EA first generates a standard directional signal based on its internal market conditions.
When the original strategy generates a BUY signal, the EA can execute a SELL position.
When the original strategy generates a SELL signal, the EA can execute a BUY position.
This reverse approach is designed to trade potential short-term reversal behavior rather than simply following the original directional signal.
RISK MANAGEMENT
The Expert Advisor includes automatic risk management.
Default settings:
Risk per trade: 0.50%
Stop Loss: ATR x 1.20
Risk/Reward Ratio: 1.50
Daily Loss Limit: 10%
Consecutive Loss Limit: 3
Cooldown Period: 90 minutes
Position size can be calculated automatically according to the configured risk percentage and available free margin. A fixed lot option is also available.
Before sending an order, the EA checks available margin, spread conditions, symbol volume restrictions and broker minimum stop requirements.
OPTIONAL FILTERS
EMA Slope Filter:
Can be used to confirm the direction of the moving average.
RSI Filter:
Can be used to evaluate momentum conditions.
ADX Filter:
Can be used to evaluate market strength together with directional movement.
ATR Filter:
Can restrict entries when volatility is outside the configured range.
Session Filter:
Can restrict new entries to selected trading hours.
These filters can be enabled or disabled individually from the EA inputs.
POSITION MANAGEMENT
The EA uses its own Magic Number to identify and manage its positions.
Optional Break Even and Trailing Stop functions are available for additional position management.
