PROP FIRM PASSING is an automated Expert Advisor built around a breakout + RSI-level
entry engine, with a strict risk layer designed for prop-firm challenge rules.
HOW IT WORKS
- Trend filter on H4 (RSI oversold/overbought) confirms the market context.
- Entries are taken on the lower timeframe (default M15) only when price breaks a
recent swing low/high AND RSI sits inside a defined band around its own swing level.
- Positions are managed as a basket with a weighted-average take profit and stop loss.
- An optional grid recovery module can add positions on adverse movement (fully
adjustable, and can be disabled).
- A dedicated RSI-Change exit and an RSI-Reset gate control when a new cycle may start.
RISK CONTROL (PROP-FIRM ORIENTED)
- Static or trailing Daily Drawdown limit with automatic flat + daily stop.
- Static or trailing Total Drawdown limit with automatic close.
- Daily profit target and total equity target with automatic close.
- On-chart dashboard: account, balance/equity, live Total DD and Daily DD progress
bars, target progress, active days, swing levels and reset status.
- Panic Close and Pause buttons directly on the chart.
NEWS FILTER (OPTIONAL)
- Optional high-impact news pause using the JBlanked news API. Each user enters their
own API key. If used, add the API URL in Tools > Options > Expert Advisors > allowed
URLs. The filter is skipped in the Strategy Tester.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- This EA uses martingale/grid lot sizing by default. It increases risk. Test it on a
demo account first and size lots to your account and to your prop-firm rules.
- No trading system can guarantee passing a challenge or future profits. Past or
backtested performance does not guarantee future results.
RECOMMENDED
- ECN / raw-spread broker, low spread on your symbol, VPS for 24/5 uptime.
- Start with the default conservative lot and adjust Max positions and multipliers to
respect your maximum drawdown.
